We’re RL Bridal and Prom

Our owner Debbie, is from Indianola, Oklahoma and has a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer science and a master’s degree in education. She originally started out as a child nutrition consultant for the Oklahoma State Department of Education and eventually
branched out on her own and started Debbie Hulin consulting. In 2012, she was given the opportunity to buy a pre-existing store in Oklahoma City and RL was born!

Many of our guests have asked, “what does RL stand for?” The R is for Ryan, Debbie’s son and The L is for Lauren her Daughter!

In the eight years we’ve been open we’ve made it our goal to empower women, work harder for our clients, and provide our guests with the love of a Mother and the kindness of a sister! We often joke that our boutique is kind of like Olive Garden™️ because “When you’re here you’re family”.
