Beautiful Room in Lower Haight

Great location, this apartment is right next to the panhandle and a block away from the bus and cute shops in lower haight. It’s cross streets are Page and Clayton. Rents start $1155 / month + $75/ month for utilities.

About the Apartment: The apartment has classic hardwood floors designed, a living space area with outdoor deck, kitchen, laundry in-unit, and backyard. The neighborhood is right by Golden Gate Park’s Panhandle which is an added bonus as it’s close to USF campus as well as a nice area to do outdoor activities such as jogging and picnics. The room is 9x12 ft and has a large closet and window with plenty of outlets, great for a college student. This room is available right now and is move in ready!

Roommates: You’d be living with 2 females in their early twenties. One of them just recently graduated from USF with a degree in advertising. She has the sweetest little chihuahua named Tommy who loves to snuggle and is 100% there for you if you are having a bad day. The other roommate is from the East Bay and recently made the big move to SF to go to school and pursue a career as a licensed vocational nurse. They both love supporting their friends who dj at local venues, cooking, and going shopping, especially around the haight.

Pricing: The room has a base rent of 1155 and with utilities everything comes out to around $50~75 a month (water and trash are unclouded but we are responsible for PG&E, gas, wi-fi, and renters insurance). The person taking over this room will be subletting for 5 months and then could potentially sign onto the new lease in July. There is no parking except for street parking however there is the bus 1 block up the street that goes both outbound to ocean beach and inbound towards civic center; bart is only a 10 minute walk towards noe. The pricing for this apartment and room is a really good deal given the location and space of the apartment itself. There are lots of places to keep storage as well as a convenience to get to and from places because it’s so centrally located.

You: Looking for a female early or mid twenties. Laid-back, flexible, and friendly people who are down to make new friends :) If you are a USF or college student that’s great because you’ll be very like-minded with your two other roommates. Must be respectful of quiet hours (10pm-7am) and if messy try to keep the mess to your room and be respectful of common spaces. Place is partially furnished and includes a microwave, airfryer, living room tv, etc-however; feel free to bring extra furniture if you want! This person also must be comfortable with little Tommy-she’s a very sweet, small, and laid back dog.
