APPOINTMENT UPDATE: To keep our salon safe as well as a relaxing space for others, we kindly ask that you not bring additional guests with you to your appointment. If you need to bring a guest that is not scheduled or have any questions about your upcoming appointment, text or call 276 415 0409.
We also kindly ask no children 10 and under accompany your appointment if it is more than an hour service. This is to ensure safety of children, and a peaceful environment for others scheduled. If you do not have childcare, please let us know to reschedule your appointment.
Book an Appointment
Call or text us at 276 415 0409 to schedule an appointment. We would love to help you! We may require a consultation before your appointment. We may also require a card on file and/or a $25 to $50 deposit to reserve your appointment. Your appointments are scheduled time spent with our Rose Gold team.
Credit Card Required
A credit card(or deposit) is to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If proper notice is not given for a cancellation/ rescheduling, Rose Gold Salon & Spa reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.
Your card will not be charged unless you cancel or make changes to your appointment within the 48 hour time from your scheduled appointment.
To provide your card information (and/or deposit), you can either come by the salon, contact your stylist/nail tech/therapist directly, or text the salon at 276 415 0409 whichever is best for you. Please understand that without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services at that time.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the appointment if we are not given a 48 hour notice. The 50% will go towards Your rescheduled appointment.
No Call/No Show/Same Day Cancellations
If you do not contact the salon to cancel or reschedule and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, No shows will not be rebooked.
Running Late
If you are running late to your appointment, please call or text us right away to let us know and we will do our best to make it work. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may have to change your appointment or reschedule the appointment to another time or date. Cancellation fee may apply.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any services or products at Rose Gold Salon & Spa. However, if you are not happy with the services you received or have any questions, Please notify us at 276 415 0409. We want to be aware and make it right for you. Please contact us within a week of your service if possible.
ILLNESS
If you are experiencing ANY sickness/contagious symptoms, please cancel your appointment. Please note that you will be required to wait a minimum of 5 days before rescheduling.
Please allow us time to properly sanitize each area between appointments.
