- A credit card is required to be stored on file for no show/ no call purposes only, you will not be charged when scheduling.
- A $50 deposit is required for all *new* clients for any service and will be applied to your service. Remainder is due at time of service.
- Please send deposit via Zelle 214-519-3289 or Cashapp $roseroomesthetics within 2 hours of scheduling your appointment.
- If deposit is not received within that time frame, your appointment will be canceled.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you need to reschedule for any reason, please notify me within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be charged the full service amount.
- A 10 minute grace period is allowed if your running late.
- After 10 minutes, a late fee of $25 will be added to your service total.
- After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full service amount.
- Consent forms are sent out via email, please check your email and sign it prior to your appointment if applicable.
- No call/ No shows will be charged the full amount of service and will not be eligible for future appointments.
- Please arrive makeup free with a freshly washed face and/ or lashes. No residual mascara or strip lash glue, this will void the 3 day guarantee.
- Avoid caffeine/pre workout prior to your appointment.
