A month ago eating fat was never a part of my diet, and I basically ate "clean" as much as I could.
I used to complete my meals with fibre and protein, so would always look for yft with lots of boiled veg and eggs, followed by a cup of BBT (zero sugar) to feel satisfied. I was also instructed by my previous nutrition coach to eat fruits for snacks so that I would supposedly not eat so much and so that I would not constipate.
Despite following closely the prescribed routine, my weight kept going up and down everyday. My mood was badly affected with the weight constantly yoyo-ing up and down. It wasn't something I saw myself doing long term, nor something that I felt would give me sustainable results.
Since starting my journey with Ketones, it has been really enjoyable, and I actually look forward to taking it every morning and afternoon. The fact that it comes in many different flavours and tastes good is a huge bonus!
Apart from perking me up the whole day at work, my appetite is somehow more regulated so I no longer get crazy cravings. My bowels have also been regulated. Most importantly there no strict diet to follow. The education given to me by the community made a huge difference in helping me unlearn and relearn a lot of misinformation about nutrition.
It was totally different from what I used to know - now I get to eat foods I enjoy, I'm a lot more satisfied and that means I also no longer feel the need to snack or crave for BBT so often!
