Rutuja is a passionate and motivated Psychologist, Counsellor and a Past Life Regression Therapist. She has a keen interest in the field of Clinical Psychology. She is currently pursuing Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro-linguistic Programming Course. She is working as a School Counsellor at The HDFC School, Pune, India. After living in the United Kingdom and India and travelling around the world, she has explored and had the opportunity to study different Mental Health problems that people face. She has understood and realised how certain issues (be it at home with family, friends, partner or at workplace with colleagues) affect a person's day to day functioning mentally.

Rutuja is also a Mental Health Activist looking to make a difference in the Mental Health sector by spreading awareness regarding Mental Illnesses and encouraging to discuss the same
