Getting Fit, Having Fun,
& Helping Other Women Do The Same
I went from a busy uni student who meticulously planned out meals to reach her fitness goals, to someone who works full time, eats more, stresses out less, and becoming the strongest I've ever been.
Now, I help other women do the same.
By day I work as engineering support for a manufacturing company and the Air Cadet Program.
Outside of work, I love being active by lifting weights, doing kickboxing and Taekwondo.
I'm super passionate about working with women who have goals in health and/or fitness and helping them achieve their goals, while loving the journey and keeping it simple.
We don't count calories, don't restrict and have so much fun!
