My name is Rylie Kyhn and many years ago fitness changed my life. I was unhappy in my own skin and I don’t think anyone should live that way. I believe that everyone’s version of health and fitness is different and being ‘fit’ looks different on every body.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Virtual Coaching Specialist. I am also a young professional with a full-time sales job, a part-time personal training job, and a part-time coaching job. I am a very firm believer in the words ‘you make time for the things you want.’ Exercise is not only my passion but it is my safe haven and stress reliever. I make the time to workout on top of all of those things because my investment in my overall health is so important to me. I know that investing in my health and wellness allows me to be more present and show up in the other areas of my life that require my attention. That is why I choose to love and take care of my body and why I treat it the way I do. Because I am so grateful for the things it does for me.

No matter what your goals are or how hard it may seem to get there, I am here to show you that it is possible. I believe when you are physically active and fueling your body with good nutrients, your mental and physical health are in their best state.

WHO AM I?

I was born and raised in Franklin, Wisconsin and I grew up playing basketball, soccer, and lacrosse. I knew no matter what, sports would always be a huge part of my life so I chose to pursue a degree in Sports Broadcasting and Journalism at Indiana University. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2020 and I took a job as a reporter for a year right out of school. After that I lived in Indianapolis for a year and a half and now I have officially moved back to the place I call home! Growing up playing sports, fitness has always been a part of my life but in the last couple years it has become one of my main focuses. I want to help people reach their goals and feel good every single day. Fitness and nutrition are two of my biggest passions and I want to help my clients figure out what works best for them.
