About

Hello, my name is Hannah Davis.

Since the time my first son was born in 2016, I have been passionate about birth and empowering a women’s experience. We all deserve the birth we desire and with more support and more people advocating for the women, we can make that happen. We can be part of the movement to get more doulas and more support in the birth room and to help in the home postpartum to better the outcomes for the mom, the baby and the family.

I am a trained birth and postpartum doula through Dona international. Trained in 2020 with plans to continue education and further my training and experience. I know I have what it takes to support your pregnancy, birth and your family during postpartum.

Born and raised in Eugene OR. I met my wonderful husband at a summer camp and now we have 3 beautiful children. In my free time I love spending time with my family, wether it’s camping for a long weekend or a cozy movie night in our home. I am a self taught quilter and enjoy baking for friends and family when I get the chance.

I look forward to meeting you.

Birth and Postpartum

What is a doula?

A birth doula is emotional support during pregnancy and birth. Helping with different comfort measures, getting anything you may need, making sure you are well educated and able to make informed decisions for you and your baby. We do not perform any clinical tasks such as fetal monitoring or exams. Births with a doula present are proven to have better outcomes then those with out.

A postpartum doula helps to create an overall better postpartum experience for you and your family by being present and listening to your needs, concerns and victories. Helping you to adjust to life with your new little one, by helping with small everyday tasks while also helping you to get solo time for your own self care. The postpartum period is critical and your doula is there to make it a little bit easier in any way that we can.
