Suzie’s Review

My main goals were to become stronger and to improve on mobility. Sadie created a workout every week that challenged me and taught me new exercises that I’ve never heard of before! When something was too difficult or unstable to do, I felt comfortable with letting her know, and she would have an alternative exercise for me to try out, never belittling my efforts. She is always positive, and I feel like she’s my personal cheerleader whenever I feel big or unmotivated. She is also accommodating to my needs. When the pandemic hit, my everyday routine was completely changed, but Sadie helped me maintain my workouts by transitioning them into ‘at home’ workouts. At the moment, my goals have naturally shifted from what they were, but I feel confident that with Sadie’s expertise I can hit my new goals. She’s seriously the best!
