SAMBELAJAH was officially established in 2019. Our chili recipes are coming from generation to generation.

The name of SAMBELAJAH is coming from our two founders who live in different countries Indonesia to Australia.

Because of a significant difference in Australia's food culture comparing Indonesia, this chili will be a favorite gift to bring overseas;

long short story, the name of SAMBELAJAH means just a chili sauce are created because of our jokes through chat.

Our first chili product is No 5 " GARLIC" the taste of this variant is sour and sweet and smells of Indonesian spices. We are highly recommended if you eat this with " NASI UDUK" and " SAYUR LODEH."

Continuing with No 23 proudly called " TERASI," our specialty for this TERASI chili is safe to consume by Vegan. We were using fermented soybeans, so it's free from animal products.

We are very proud to launch our new product called No 30" KECOMBRANG" this product has a delicious taste; you can feel the sensation of sweet-salty and sour from our " KECOMBRANG" highly recommended if you use this variant for Instant noodle.
