I am a lover of all things art and creative-minded. I believe when we let passion and intuition lead us, we live a life filled with purpose.

I am an actor, photographer, creative director, poet, podcaster, and writer.

Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky (home of Bluegrass, Bourbon, Horses, and Muhammad Ali)... I found my passion in acting.

I found liberation in movement and expression of emotion through the body.

The way our bodies store emotions and the way we process them is magnetizing to me.

I believe through grounding the body and mind through movement (dance, yoga, and physical touch) you awaken and explore deep storehouses of emotion. This exploration is important and fruitful work. I believe when you truly are present fully within your body, you lead from a place of truth in all you do.
