Appointments are done through dm, once appointments are available I will post times on my story. A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to finalize your appointment.
You have 2 hours after booking your appointment to send your deposit via Zelle to (323)420-4785 under Kimberly De León. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete appointment which will lead to a cancellation. Appointments are first come, first served and won’t be confirmed until I receive your deposit.
I am located in Fort Wayne, Indiana 46815. I will be sending address details after deposit is sent. Please arrive to your nail appointment on time and plan your visit, as your appointment can range from 1.5-3 hours depending on your choice of design and services needed.
Please keep in mind that I am home based so when you come in respect my space.
Additional guests are not allowed 🚫
If you arrive with an additional guest he/she will be asked to wait outside. If not possible, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and your deposit will automatically be forfeited.
LATE POLICY:
A 10 minute grace period is given after your appointment time, if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled & deposit will be forfeited.
RESCHEDULING:
Reschedules should be made at least 48 hours in advance to secure your current deposit. Appointments made the day prior will not be able to reschedule.
CANCELLATIONS:
Canceling on the day of your appointment will result in a lost deposit. If you wish to book a new appointment, a new deposit will be required in order to finalize your appointment.
No shows will no longer be able to book with me. Please be considerate of my time and others.
3 DAY GUARANTEE:
After your appointment, you have 3 days to let me know of any problems your set may have. If it was a mistake done on my behalf you will have a complimentary repair available.
Services are NON-REFUNDABLE
Before — Make sure you send me an inspo picture of what you would like to get done and inform me if a soak off is needed.
If you do not send your inspo before your appointment I can not ensure you that I have everything ready for your desired set.
During — When arriving to your appointment, please be sure to wait in your vehicle until your exact appointment time. If I’m done with prior client, I will gladly take you in before earlier. Just keep in mind that I need time to sanitize and clean my work space.
Keep your hands on the table at all times during your appointment. Avoid touching your hair, face, phone, and clothing.
After — don’t forget to apply cuticle oil daily and book your next appointment!
