Through community management and targeted online marketing on accounts with over 9M cumulative followers, I positioned Best Buy as the one-stop shop for technology in America.
Bed Bath & Beyond
To separate themselves from their competition, Bed Bath & Beyond had a burning desire to penetrate the social media realm with a fresh brand voice and increased customer engagement. To do this, I developed a social intelligence query to identify and automatically flag potential response opportunities for the brand, and helped craft transparent online marketing strategies for Holiday 2020.
