Health and wellbeing are our pillars in navigating through life's stormy waters. How we think and feel has a tremendous impact on our life. Understanding that behaviours and habits can be altered through education, self-reflection, and practice is most important. For many years, I have been looking into different diets, body and mind exercises. I have found the ideal balance of peaceful effort, playful rest, and tranquil fun.
But what works for me does not necessarily work for you. And my comfort zone might not be yours at all. But together, we find your sweet spot in life. Like I have found mine, I’d be delighted to accompany you a little along your path, sharing with you my knowledge, enthusiasm, and endless optimism.
I‘m a certified nutritionist, certified mindfulness meditation teacher as well as a yoga teacher (YTT 200). I graduated with a master’s degree in social anthropology in London.
