A yoga mat
Yoga mats can be used for yoga -obviously. But are also great for doing regular workouts on a hard surface that may require getting down on the floor. I also use mine under my fitness step to give it a non-slip grip on the hardwood floors!
A water bottle you love
Having a cute water bottle you love & can take with you everywhere you go will help you meet your water goal everyday! Drinking enough water is sooo important to your health & helping you reach your goals!
An awesome planner
A planner/calendar book is the best investment I made in making a fitness plan & sticking to it. Make an appointment with yourself everyday & write it down! Check it off the list when you're done to feel accomplished & plan out your week to make sure you can do all the tasks you set your mind to while making the time to take care of yourself too!
