If we are booking your appointment through messaging, in order to finalize your appointment, I will need
- Your full name
- A credit card to hold the appointment, including:
• credit card number
• expiration date
• cvs (the three digits on the back of the card)
• billing zip code

If you book through the booking site, square will guide you to input your card information.

Your card will not be charged, but it is required to reserve this appointment. I will only charge you if you cancel or make changes to your appointment outside of our cancellation policy, which is listed below:

* I respectfully require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
* Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled.
* Should this happen more than once it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Sarah at Serendipity Hair

You may text your credit card information or call the number associated with the messaging we are contacting through, whichever is most convenient for you. If you wish to call, someone will be available to assist you between 9am and 5pm.

PLEASE NOTE: All appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis. Your appointment cannot be finalized until we have received your credit card information.

As much as I would love to add more people to the party that I love having in my chair, respectfully, there is not enough room to accommodate an extra guest who does not have an appointment, nor is it fair to them to have to stick around and keep themselves entertained while you are in my chair.

Same applies to little ones. Unless they have an appointment, I cannot have them in this limited space, with other clients using this time for their getaway from their own little ones, and as their therapy time. There are too many hot tools, chemicals in the air, hair flying all around, and limited space to accommodate them. I don’t need your small one hurting themselves. Also, Image Studios 360 does not allow little ones out and about in the hallways, or else you and I could get a fine. Get yourself a sitter so you can have a few hours to yourself, a mimosa or two, you deserve it!
