Sashiana

For those of you who don’t know me- I’m currently student teaching with FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management) to teach natural birth control and help people with their menstrual health.

I am super passionate about body literacy, sex-education, natural birth control and overall proving much needed education surrounding birth control, reproductive health, conditions, and more. Especially for the teens and LGBTQIA+ individuals like myself.

I live in Lyons, Colorado, and some of my hobbies include throwing pottery, hiking, reading, making/sharing art and spending time with my friends, family and partner.

I host a group called Cycle Circle. An inclusive and safe space where myself and other people with menstrual cycles meet twice a month to talk about all things cycle/period related.
