drawing inspiration from the Portuguese word SAUDADE, a term most closely translated to the English saying “bittersweet,” this volunteer effort brings together 20+ contributors and their stories across quarantine.

spanning appetizers, sides, mains, desserts, and libations, these narratives describe memories, reflection, and comfort.
