A Bit About Me

During quarantine, I was still in Culinary School (The Culinary Institute of America) and I had this idea of posting my favorite recipes and the best hole in the wall restaurants I could find.
After graduating in December I’ve slowly been working on this idea and finally decided to make it a reality. I have future hopes of expanding this to hit even more topics of interest.
