An active card on file is required at all times, and a 50% nonrefundable service deposit is required to secure your appointment.
A $10 late fee may be charged if you are 5+ minutes late, 15+ minutes late will be an automatic cancellation of appointment and charged for the service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you request to cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours PRIOR to your appointment, it will result in ZERO charges.
