Sayce Holmes - Lewis is the Founder and CEO of Mentivity, an inspirational mentoring organisation and alternative educational provision that provides aspirational support for young people, schools and parents across London, Brighton, Kenya and Uganda.

Sayce is former professional football player that began working with young people through football coaching in 2006 after a series of bad injuries forced him to leave the professional game. Sayce began working at schools as a PE Teaching Assistant, Mentor and Behaviour Manager at Pupil Referral Units and Mainstream Schools in Southwark and Greater London.

In 2008, Sayce simultaneously began focusing on his coaching career extensively coaching and mentoring the likes of Jadon Sancho of Borussia Dortmund, Jordon Ibe of Bournemouth FC, Reiss Nelson of Arsenal FC, and Ademola Lookman of RB Leipzig to name a few. Sayce studied and worked full time at the University of East London, studying a combined degree in Youth and Community Work with Sports Development.

Sayce graduated in November 2014 at the age of 32 which is one of his greatest achievements to date, he worked full time for Southwark Council, studied full time, worked as a part time football coach for Greenhouse Sports, part time youth work for various organisations, had a family and still actively played semi-professional football. Anything is achievable if you are truly passionate about it and are willing to work for it.
