A few years ago I picked up a barbell for the first time... I learnt the movements, built up the weight and started chasing numbers- now I lift weights daily and have turned my passion into a career.
That initial first step can be hard- but trust me its worth it! As a Personal Trainer I am here to help you take that step and help you find your strength in fitness.

Whether you are completely new to the gym, are looking for a more structured programme or want to grow your strength and power I am here to help!

Interested in Powerlifting?

2 years ago, I got into powerlifting and I havent looked back since! Now I squat, bench or deadlift daily and am constantly improving my strength.
I have now competed in 2 competitions including one official IPF competition- The YNEPF January Open! The work and build up I put into these competitions is always worth it on the day! The atmosphere at Comp is incredible and the adrenaline you feel will push you for those PBs!
