Welcome, thank you for your interest in SDH Beauty! Please read and familiarize with all policies below.

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗟/𝗧𝗘𝗫𝗧:
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. Please make sure to read thoroughly prior to your session. 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder
confirmation email/text. 6 hrs prior to your appointment you will receive the service location. I work in a private home studio, service location will NOT be disclosed before.

𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛 & 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:
Please do NOT book if you have any of the following: 𝘧𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳, 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩, 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘯/𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘩 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘴, 𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘦𝘺𝘦, 𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘴𝘺𝘮𝘱𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘴 (𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘥/𝘧𝘭𝘶/𝘊𝘖𝘝𝘐𝘋-𝟣𝟫/𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘶𝘴), 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘦, mouth, or body.
If you arrive to appointment, with any
condition that could possibly contaminate artist or the integrity of any makeup product or tools of artist professional kit, or may be more harmful to your condition artist may refuse service.
𝘼 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣.

𝗟𝗨𝗫𝗨𝗥𝗬 𝗔𝗗𝗗-𝗢𝗡𝘀:
Appointments are accepted on Closed Days, Before and After Regular Business Hours, & some Observed Holidays for an additional price. Each Add-On that applies to your session must be added when booking your appointment.

𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝗱 (BEFORE BUSINESS HOURS)-Appointments scheduled between the hours of 6:00a-7:45a

𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝗱 (BEFORE BUSINESS HOURS)- Appointments scheduled between the hours of 8:00a-9:45a

𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗢𝘄𝗹 (AFTER BUSINESS HOURS)-Appointments scheduled between the hours of 6:00p-7:00p

𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 (CLOSED) -Appointments scheduled ANYTIME on ANY Sunday

𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 - Appointments scheduled on Observed Holidays or Holiday weekend

𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗙𝗘𝗘:
A 5 min grace period is given to all appointments, if you are not physically sitting in my chair by 6-10min you will be charged a $15 late fee automatically at checkout, 11+ mins your appointment is subject to automatic cancellation. If your appointment has been cancelled, you must schedule a new appointment. If Artist has availability same day, you will be charged Same Day Appointment Fee for a later appointment that day.
𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦/𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦/𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
All appointments are managed online. Please refer to confirmation email to manage all of your appointments. You can make changes up to 24 hrs prior to your appointment. To change your service type, you MUST send me a text or email. Modifications of any kind are NOT accepted after 24 Hrs. You may only reschedule or cancel, must be at least 4 hrs prior to scheduled time. Less than 4 hrs notice will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee. You may only reschedule each appointment ONCE (1) within allotted calendar options. Less than 4hrs notice, deposit & appointment will be forfeited. Downgrading your service at appointment arrival, you will be charged for the service originally scheduled.

𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
Same Day Appointments are an additional price. You must pay the service deposit + Same Day Appointment Fee to schedule.
Appointment request must be minimum 4 hrs prior to scheduled time.
Same Day Appointments are any appointment requests less than 24hrs in advance.
Same Day Reschedules are additional $15.

𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪𝗦:
If you do not show to your appointment, you will be banned & your card on file will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘.

𝗢𝗡 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘: This service is based on availability. A request must be scheduled, keep in mind it is just a request until date, time & location is confirmed by artist and deposit is paid (thru invoice or thru a link emailed or texted). You will receive a accepted or declined response to your request thru email or text.
𝘗𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝟤-𝟨 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘦.

𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧:
𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵/𝘋𝘦𝘣𝘪𝘵 OR 𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘩 only is accepted for final balance. Mobile/Digital payments (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle etc…) are NOT accepted.
Card on file will be charged for any remaining balance and/or any fee due after a 1st payment collection has been attempted.
𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗡-𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘.

𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗗/ 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
If you are banned for ANY reason, you will be considered a High Risk Client. You must pay the full balance per appointment going forward if accepted to book again.

𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦:
Please come to your appointment camera ready. Photos are used for social media, marketing, portfolio, and website purposes. Please no bonnets, hats or scarves. Please wear a photo friendly top, no stains, rips, tears or holes.

𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗔 𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗦:
Please DO NOT bring additional guests or +1’s!! This includes children. If you arrive with additional guests, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
This is for safety and sanitation purposes.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
