About

For your seasons of loss and liminality

“To die before we die means that we must become radically honest with ourselves. We must shed the skins that do not foster aliveness.”- Francis Weller

Season Of Rest has been born from a space of longing.

My own Longing to be held in the transitional times when life has been turned upside down, when I was invited through a threshold into my own becoming.

Here we celebrate rest, tend to grief and give space for restorative practices when you are most depleted and lost.

For when we honour our grief, we support the natural processes of renewal.

Times of change are times of grief

- the loss of friendships, a dream, our health, the life we once knew, a death, the loss our whole world is experiencing right now.. it’s all welcome and all in desperate need of being witnessed, loved and supported.

During these thresholds of transformation, we can feel we are lingering in liminality. Anchoring into our menstrual cycle can be supportive in embracing and working with the process that is working us.
