In 2008, Tiffany began her weight loss journey. She went from a size 14 to a size 6 by simply changing her eating habits and becoming active. Basically, not caring about sweat. 😉
In the midst of her weight loss and maintenance journey, she fell in love with running and now strength training. The mental and physical challenge and changes that accompanies both are rewarding. Tiffany has run multiple distances, including 5 half marathons.
Since becoming a mom in 2013 and again in 2019, her purpose has changed from solely weight maintenance to exercising as a form of all around self care.
Her goals for her platform are to motivate and inspire other women, moms, and even teachers of the importance of “keeping it moving” no matter the circumstance because we can do ALL things! 🙏🏾
