Selang.seling bakery is a homemade bakery base in Tangerang. It's name itself came from four siblings, where In bahasa, selang.seling defines as an alternate phrase (by turns), like black-white-black, etc. The four siblings itself have this alternate pattern, where the eldest one is a woman, then the second is a man, the third one is a woman again and the last one is a man, that's where the name "selang.seling" came from.
