Apps you will need: ultralight,colortone,prequel!
First your gonna want to go into ultralight and put the clarity up to 10+ and put sharpen to 10- then your going to save it!
then your going to go into prequel and put expose up to 30+ contrast up to 27+ put shadows up to 100+ put glow up to 40+ put ab -erration up to 55+ put blur up to 25+ go to filters and find the filter teal 1# put the filter up to 80 then go to effects and put weather 1# put it to 0
Finally go to Colourtone and pick the filter coogee then export it then you are done!!
