My name is Melissa and im the CEO and Founder of the Self-helpnista brand. I fell in love with the self help market about five years ago. I was intrigued on finding balance in my life and building purpose filled relationships. It took me a while to really figure what i was passionate about because i was paralyzed by fear  i had all of these great ideas but i felt like the market was oversaturated with self help material and i didn’t know how to stand out and be unique.  Until one day i read Mark Manson book( “The Subtle art of not giving a F@ck”) AND LIVED BY IT which by the way is a gem. I fell in love with his entire  approach towards life. Now i read other self help books but this book just stuck out to me the most. I started living life with no fucks given and unplogectically for myself and not anyone eles. The main reason I started this brand was because i want to help people not be paralyzed by fear. Anything is really possible and you can live the life you deserve if you speak power into your words and do the damn work already. It can’t be accomplished if you don’t take full ownership of your life and change your mindset. So Let’s get into it.
