STEP AEROBIC

Step Aerobic is a group Training Class that helps you to burn a lot of calories. It is a cardio workout. But we use it also for strength Training.
Step Aerobic goes with the music, raises mood, touches your whole body, makes you feel alive and reduce your stress.

My Live Training

Cardio/ Hit Cardio

Cardio Training is one of my head trainings.
Cardio Training is designed first of all for our health ( cardiovascular system). We stimulate our chemical processes in our body, we boost metabolism and we burn a lot of calories.
Cardio Training are focussed to raise your speed, your endurance, your coordination, your possiblity to move fast your body.

Hit Cardio is a combination of strength & cardio.
Here we aim to build strength as well as to burn calories as much as possible. It is a hard Training that goes beyond your boarders. But this Training provides the best results

Let me introduce myself

My name is Aysel Kaas. I grew up in Germany and current live in the Netherlands.
I am a dietist, nutrition and trainer coach for women. Since 8 years I invest in myself to grow my knowlegde and my professionality.

How we work

Work process & Costs

Online Live Sport is 3x / week
Every monday, tuesday and thursday evening at 20.00 h
Sometimes i offer extra training on sunday, depending on the group

We train via Zoom. You will be added to the group and will get a link for Zoom. With this link you can join my training

To have a try:
You can join 2x lessons for free. Just send me an E-mail or contact me via WhatsApp/ Instagram

Price: 30 €/ month

Nutrition Consult:

I offer consults online and it contains a video call.
We arrange an appointmnet and I will call you for 60 min. Before consult you will receive a questionnaire with questions that you have to fill in advance.
It is a consult to discuss your problem, to get an advice from me, and to analyse your eating behaviour

Price: 60€

Nutrition Plan for weight loss:

An individual tailored plan for you designed by me that will help you to lose weight.
Here we include consult and plan. We will make measurements, weightening you, making pictures in order to track tour progress.
I workout a detail nutrtion plan for you and explain how to follow the plan in order to lose weight. This plan includes your favourite meal, your working times ,your life situation. It helps you to understand food and to follow a healthy eating style.

You get the plan as PDF to your E-mail

Nutrition plan+ Sport package

This is an offering for people who wants a good Nutrition plan next to their physical activity.

Here I combine a consult, a nutrition plan and Sport ( 3 months). Additionally I coach you the first month , that include my individually coaching to get your goals, to answer your question and give your advices about cooking and grocerry shopping. I am accompany you with your plan.
