1. The church is not in the OT
The New Testament scriptures shows that the Church is a new thing, the "Body of Christ"; Christ being the head

2. OT Prophets don't know the church and it was future in Christ day (Eph 3.1-6, Matt 16.18)

You will not find Ezekiel, Moses, Jeremiah talking to the Church

3. Paul's writing alone addresses the Church

Paul speaks of "the revelation of Jesus Christ" which he received concerning the Church.

No other epistles declare the truth of the begining, order and the catching away of the saints in the church.

God forgets things

This is the picture of forgiveness of sin under grace without works

Psa 32:2 Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

1. You are Blessed when you are forgiven

2. God has no record of your past, present and future sins

3. God remains faithful to his promise

Paul says this forgiveness is to him that “worketh not”, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.Rom 4:5

You are excepted from your sins ― read the following to know how

“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.”

Matthew 7.21 is not for the Christian. Jesus says he's warning us about false prophets.

Beware of “false prophets”, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Matthew 7:15

False prophets are those who saith unto Jesus Christ, Lord, Lord, that shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven; because they did not do the will of his Father which is in heaven. Matthew 7:21

You can lose your salvation heresy debunked!

Salvation can be lost.
Once saved always saved is false.
And then he said this:

"Paul also wrote that after meeting the Lord, baptized&saved& laying the foundation as the expert builder"; it's possible "after I have preached to others I myself may be disqualified of the price (making Heaven)." If I don't "buffet/discipline my body." He knew what was at stake"

The problem is this folk does not read the Bible. He is echoing what his pastor says.

Many pastor do not understand what they teach because they are unlearned in this things of God.

Read the passage and you will see the lie of this people against God's word.

God promises "eternal life" to anyone that BELIEVETH in Him.

There is a thing like being a "cast away" from reward "the prize" which is the "incorruptible crown" v24-25

To obtain it you "keep under your body, and bring it into subjection"

But there is no such thing as losing salvation because it's not earned, it's not a reward

This person says ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED is a false doctrine.

Can a Christian sin?

Prideful people will argue Christian don't sin

The Bible says “whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin" and “he cannot sin” 1Jn 3:9

“Keep on sinning,” "practice sin" or “continue to sin” as some perverted translations teach is wrong

There are 2 natures

1. Flesh nature (human birth) can sin
2. Spiritual nature (God's birth) cannot sin

Will I be damned if I don't continue in the faith?

Believers are Holy, Unblameable, and Unreproveable in God's sight

You will be too if you believe the gospel of grace. Col 1:23

To believe is to be "grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel preached to you"

We were before unbelievers, enemies of God, separated from God.

We had no good works to show because all our righteousnesses were like filthy rags to him.

But God's grace came to our rescue, he saved us and brought us near. Col 1.21

Christ reconciled us to God by dying on the cross of calvary once and for all our sins.

He did this to present us “holy” and “unblameable” and “unreproveable” in his sight. Col 1.22

The only way to be saved is by believing the gospel that saves.

This is the gospel that Paul preached.

Colossians 2.23 proves our eternal security.

No one can be saved forever without first believing the gospel that gives “hope”

The “hope of the gospel” is eternal life.

Works preachers exposed

They advocate good works to proof your are saved

Give clothing and food to a naked and hungary brother or sister, v15

Offer your firstborn son upon the altar, v21

Receive spies and send them out another way, v25

Stop confessing your sins to get forgiveness

Forgiveness is not earned by confession or by turning away

Forgiveness is not for sale
Christ bought us and forgave us.

Forgiveness is not by our works
Forgiveness is through blood.
The blood of Jesus.

Our blood has no power to save us
Forgiveness of all our sins is made possible because Christ died for our sins, was buried and resurrected.

Christ blood on the cross is the proof of our forgiveness.

We don't ask for it
We believe it.

Offering sacrifices is works

Heb 10:4 says "it is not possible" that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

Forgiveness under the law is not once for all.

Jesus himself said “it is finished”

Christ died for one thing, “our sins”

He then says he will not “impute sin.” Rom 4:8

Jesus is our Advocate

Christians please don't sin

Even if you sin, you are not told to confess it, so God will forgive you

1Jn 2:1 "And if any man sin, WE HAVE AN ADVOCATE with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous"

This is for you Christians

Know what belongs to you.

The lost say they have no sins
(1Jn 1:8)

But they cannot have fellowship with Christ if they continue with that mindset (1Jn 1.3)

They must confess their sins (1Jn 1:9)

If they do, he is faithful and just to forgive their sins, and to cleanse them from ALL unrighteousness.

NOTE it says “ALL” after that, they don't confess again.

Jesus also becomes their Advocate.

We cannot claim to be saved and not understand what Christ died for, what forgiveness is, and to who confession in 1 John is addressed to.

Painful, Christians don't understand grace

They are addicted to works

No heaven for OT saints, they were not born again!

OT saints are not saved same way as NT saints

No OT saint got born again

No OT saints was ever sealed by a permanent in dwelling of the Holy Ghost

No one in the OT received the circumcision made without hands

No one in the OT went to heaven when they died

No NT author ever stated that men in the OT were saved by "looking forward to the cross"

No eternal security for anyone in the OT except David (who was given "the sure mercies of David)

Ezekiel said the OT soul that sinneth, "it shall die" Eze 18:20

OT saint who "believed" but did NOT keep the law of Moses are stoned to death

It is impossible for OT saints to be saved as NT saints

A serious student of the scriptures should know this for a fact.

We are told to do so

We are told only the saved will see him

Not a time of mourning

We are told it will be at the last trump
We are told it will not be in midst of tribulation or after

These are the Tithes given under the law from Genesis to Revelation.

Crucified but not destroyed

Our old man is crucified but not destroyed yet. So shall we continue in sin (the old man) that grace may abound?

The appropriate answer was emphatically ‘God forbid’ because we are dead to sin (the old man) and have now the new man. There is a strive between these two natures, yet they are separate.

The new man shall be raised in the likeness of Christ' resurrection and the old man will be done away with when that time comes.

The purpose of crucifixion is so that:
1. The body of sin MIGHT be destroyed (future)
2. Henceforth we should not serve sin (our old man)
3. We should be dead and freed from sin (our old man)

The old man will be done away with at the resurrection and rapture of the saints. Till then the believer is a new man and his old nature with him.

This is why you are to reckon yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin (the old man) and alive to God (the new man).

Your old man has no power to send you to hell. For sin (your old man) shall not have dominion over you. Romans 6
