Your tax-deductible gift to the new Black Cat Jazz Incubator 501c3 will support JAZZ RESIDENCIES and JAZZ COMMUNITY CONNECTION and will:

*Create one- and two-week residencies giving young rising jazz stars from around the world (and the bay area) the time and space to experiment, create and perform (these residencies exist in very few places in the world today);
*Forge special connections among some of the top young rising jazz stars in the world today and Bay Area jazz musicians;
*Support master classes and concerts for local jazz students and community groups;
*Promote the spontaneity and magic of live recordings bringing together the jazz world's rising stars and the Black Cat audience.
