Chocolate chip cookies (sg.stepbystep edition)

Satisfy your taste buds with some crispy and gelat chocolate chip cookies today 🥰

Ingredients required:

220g brown sugar
110g melted butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 egg
190g all-purpose/plain flour (sifted)
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
175g chocolate chips

Let's start making the cookies step-by-step:

preheat oven to 190°C
add melted butter to brown sugar and mix with a with fork
add vanilla extract and egg to mixture and stir
add baking soda and salt to flour and stir
add dry to wet and mix
add chocolate chips
spoon ping-pong ball sized globs of dough onto a pan covered with parchment paper
bake in the oven for 10 minutes or so at 190°C
Wait for it to cool and enjoy 😋🥰

60g flour
200g white sugar
30g cocoa power
2 eggs
115g melted butter
(measurements were converted from cups to grams here are the original ones)
½ cup flour
1 cup sugar
⅓ cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
½ cup melted butter

Let's bake this step by step:

mix dry stuff
mix wet stuff
add wet to dry and mix until just combined
add mixture to greased pan
oven at 177°C (350°F) for ~25min depends on the oven
toothpick test (stab a toothpick in and if nothing sticks to it you're good) then let them cool
