Hey there! My names Kat, I'm a mom, wife and salon manager. I also love to paint. That's why you're here right?

I went to art school for photography in my 20s and discovered a love of painting while I was taking an art history class. There was a big gap between then and now that I've picked up a paint brush again but I feel in love all over again.

Why "shakey hands art"? It might seem like a bad thing to have shakey hands and be an artists but I'm using it to my strength. I've had shakey hands ever since high school and from time to time people notice that always a little bit shakey. It makes for interesting textures and surprises in my work! Work with what you got, don't try and fight it!
