This tenacity led to Lena Mae's birthing in the kitchen of her late mother. After her mother’s death, she turned trauma, grief, and struggle into strength and determination. This fortitude was used to craft and produce her skin-loving products. For over 20 years, Shamika has remained committed to making a difference in Women’s Health and Family Wellness.

Hello, my name is Shamika, and thank you so much for stopping by. I pray that as you read my bio, you'll become inspired. The baby in your belly leaps in anticipation as confirmation to walk in the direction GOD has mapped out for you.

For the past 19 years, I have dedicated my life and God-given gifts and ability to serving in several different capacities. I've worked as a Postpartum and Labor Doula, Childbirth Educator, Perinatal Health Worker, and Certified Medical Assistant, to name a few.

 I have endured so many life challenges, and instead of allowing pain to paralyze, I permitted it to propel me into the things GOD created me to be a "water walker."

I became a transformational coach to assist others in the journey to freedom over fear, not to do the work for them but to walk beside them. Every life challenge, obstacle, and heartbreak is the perfect ingredient to get out of the boat and walk on water.
