Hi! My name is Ashauna and I am C.E.O of Shan’s Studio Projects

I am 22 years old with a passion for dance and helping others. Most of my life I’ve been caring for others and enjoyed it and now I want to do the same for others that share the same passion as me as well as those that are starting up their own businesses. For 15 years I’d
been part of Hype Dance Company and developed a beautiful relationship with everyone who I now call my family. The group helped me to become more confident and love myself more and I want to help others feel the same way.

In summer 2020, I decided to start up my own dance classes strictly for having fun. My classes are all about getting together and having fun while also doing something you enjoy. My classes are open to others who wish to teach, whichever style of dance they choose, giving me the opportunity to learn a range of styles also.

I also hope to use this platform to collaborate with other small business. I feel that we should all help to support each other and I would like to do my part. I feel that people find it hard to find opportunities in Bristol specifically which I think would be a lot easier if we as a community worked more on lifting each other rather than competing against each other and I hope this is where it all starts✨

Whether you’re a beginner or have been dancing for years, these classes are for everyone to enjoy and meet new people.

Learn new styles while also learning the backstory of where they came about and be part of a wide community who share the same interests as you.

We hope to make you feel comfortable while you’re with us and listen to you when you feel you’re not heard. Maybe dance is your loudest voice?
