Hey guys! I am a fun, vibrant, full of life 34 year old. I am a mom to a 13 year old boy who is my heart & soul! Oh, and a dog mom to two pups 😊

Last year I started my health & fitness journey. I was 25 lbs heavier, depressed and unsure of where I was supposed to be in life. I tried all the fade diets. Pills, fasting etc. Nothing worked! I started seeing girls on FB & IG doing at home workouts, portioning out their foods & getting results. They seemed so full of life and I craved that.

A girl reached out to me to join her virtual boot camp and I refused. Not because I didn't want too but because I didn't believe in myself.
Finally, after months of watching multiple girls doing these at home workouts and loving life, I joined. And damn am I glad I did!

I took back control of my life one workout at a time. I learned to love food instead of using it as a way to destroy my body. I found a way to love myself again. I became not only a better me but a better mom, friend, daughter & sister.
