I’m so glad you’re here! Let me share a little snippet about me! I’m a wife, mom of 2 littles, ESL teacher, and serve others in my health + wellness business. I love Jesus and seeing the opportunities He blesses us with daily. There is never a better time than now to look around at all the He has done for you! My health + wellness journey began 4 years ago after the birth of my first. I’ve been an athlete my whole life but postpartum was a whole new ballgame! I knew I needed to dial into nutrition, find things that made my busy days simple, and help myself so I could help those around me. My friend, you cannot pour from an empty cup. Fast forward 4 years our family moved from TX to CO and we are now in love with the mountain life! It’s been an incredible journey of helping + servings others! I cannot wait to help you, too!
