I’m an ER nurse, dog momma to 3, and, most recently, human momma to the most amazing little boy, Princewill Jr ... Jr to make it easy!

I’m passionate about health, wellness and fitness— with 11 years of competitive powerlifting experience that included a world championship win, and 26 years as a soccer player. I just love being active!

I’m also a reserve Navy nurse, and involved as a coach with Special Olympics.

Being a business owner was never my plan, but I’m also passionate about financial + time freedom! And living life on your terms ✨
