Hi, I'm Sherriz Mideva, a therapist, writer, mental health and self improvement advocate. I write for corporates and individuals, create personalized improvement plans for individuals and work places, travel and document it.
I work with individuals, groups and couples in assisting them to find their best selves, deal with trauma, unlearn self damaging behavior, grow and find joy in their lives. I am a believer in being your best self to enjoy your best life.
