We’re aware that body size is rarely present in diversity, equity and inclusion discussions. Negative stereotypes and perceptions may be to blame, as weight and size are often thought to be mainly under individuals’ control. This ignores the role that systemic inequalities play a role in individual and community health outcomes. This is a place of encouragement, a place to be , embrace insecurities, self-esteem, and everything under the umbrella of fighting self-hate and finding self-love.
