It has been said that you can take the girl out of retail but you can’t take retail out of the girl. I started my grown up life working in retail over 35 years ago. Even at the height of my 30 year career as an educator, I still had a need to keep myself firmly planted in the fashion industry.

I’m in love with fabrics, color, texture and cut - and all things fashion. As a young woman, when the clothes I wanted didn’t fit me, I learned to make my own. I refuse to let my style be dictated by what others thought was appropriate for me. The silhouettes I present are mine and are forged from years of overcoming body
shaming and stereotyping. I’m living my best life in my 50’s surrounded by fabulous garments for all bodies.
