About Under the Sea

Under The Sea is a small, independently run business located near Chicago, IL and in Tempe, AZ (depending on the time of year). I have had a passion for making jewelry since I was a child, and even opened up an Etsy shop where I sold some of my jewelry when I was in 7th grade, however by Sophomore year of high school I had too many things on my plate and unfortunately had to close my shop. Fast forward to now and I am a Junior at Arizona State University, majoring in Business Sustainability, with a passion for entrepreneurship and the environment. Ever since I was young I always wanted to make a difference in the world, and I feel like I can start making a small difference now by sharing my jewelry with the world once again and donating a portion of my profits to charities that support the causes that currently have my heart. Someday I hope to be able to make an even bigger difference in the world and give back even more, and help everyone I possibly can. Thank you for supporting me on this journey. 💙

I chose the name Under the Sea for my shop as a spin on the famous song “Under the Sea” from The Little Mermaid movie since my is Arielle! People have been calling me the little mermaid my whole life because of my name so I thought it would be fun to do a play on that for the name of my shop!
