Siew Ting

I am on a journey of pursuing better, working towards better physical and mental health, and an overall better version of me.

Being consistent has not been easy. But one thing that's easy, it's to drink ketones twice a day.

Overtime, with the help of ketones, I've managed to make consistent changes to my lifestyle:
- having more energy to incorporate exercises to maintain muscle mass
- having lesser cravings to snack (esp. sugary treats) that helps me to achieve calorie deficit.
- making lower carb food choices for better health.

Since I started my journey, I've lost 31kg.
I'm glad I've found a consistent way to do this and it ain't difficult because of the help of ketones.
I still have a long journey to go and I'm not gonna stop.
