CURRENT AND FUTURE TRENDS IN MEDIA AND INFORMATION
What's in the trends of media and information
Science advanced dramatically during the 20th century. There were new and radical developments in the physical, life and human sciences, building on the progress made in the 19th century.A massive amount of new technologies were developed in the 20th century. Technologies such as electricity, the incandescent light bulb, the automobile and the phonograph, first developed at the end of the 19th century, were perfected and universally deployed.
The First Technology
There can be no doubt that the twentieth century is one of the most remarkable in human history for its previously unparalleled rate of technological advances and scientific discoveries, a rate that continues to this day.
In fact, there were so many new gadgets inventions and discoveries made in the last century that it’s difficult to pare the list down to just the ten but I'll give you some example of the media in 20rh century
The Personal Computer
The most common type of trends today
Is the Android Phone. The Android operating system is a mobile operating system that was developed by Google (GOOGL) to be primarily used for touchscreen devices, cell phones, and tablets. Its design lets users manipulate the mobile devices intuitively, with finger movements that mirror common motions, such as pinching, swiping, and tapping. Google also employs Android software in televisions, cars, and wristwatches—each of which is fitted with a unique user interface.
Just as with your smartphone, Internet access enables a smart watch with whole world of potential capabilities, like message notifications, GPS navigation and calendar synchronization. And of course, a Bluetooth connection to your phone means the watch can help you place calls or send and receive messages. It is possible to use a smartwatch without a phone. Most smartwatches — including new Wear OS watches, as well as Samsung's and Apple's watches — can connect to a Wi-Fi Network.Smartwatches are your perfect partner when it comes to keeping yourself healthy because it has an app installed that measures your resting heart rate. Because of this, it can notify you if you need to do more exercise or warn you if you are using too much effort.
3D VIRTUAL REALITY
A virtual reality headset is a head-mounted device that provides virtual reality for the wearer. Virtual reality (VR) headsets are widely used with video games but they are also used in other applications, including simulators and trainers. They comprise a stereoscopic head-mounted display (providing separate images for each eye), stereo sound, and head motion tracking sensors (which may include gyroscopes, accelerometers, magnetometers, structured light systems etc.. Some VR headsets also have eye tracking sensors and gaming controllers.
