An Herbalife Based Living : Then & Now

Okay friends, as you all know I’ve been around this company, environment, and supplements since 2007, at the baby age of 5 years old. And of course, you come across your usual skeptics, whether its “protein that kills!” or a “pyramid scheme/ SCAM that ruins peoples lives!” Okay backspace, delete, log out right now. Don’t get me wrong, I completely understand and i’ve stepped out to experiment and understand nutrition aside and outside of Herbalife, heres the thing though: it was a fail.

Herbalife’s community pushed me to find my own spiritual path because of all the hippy dippy individuals i’ve come across, beautiful souls who swear on the power of humanity, beauty of the human experience, etc.
They also teach you how to properly lose, gain, or maintain weight through nutrition: the 80/20 rule. 80% Nutrition 20% exercise, as a girl growing up in the US, we all strived to become skinny: didnt matter how. TW: Eating disorders are developed within so many young individuals ages 10+ and best believe me and my friends were some of them. Somethings that arent taught to us in school are the basics of protein, carbs, greens, healthy fats, caloric deficits, caloric surplus, ETC. Now that we’re aware, we’re spreading the love and light on proper nutritional care.
Lastly, It works, it’s plant based, there’s something for everything: cardiovascular health, womens health, mens health, kids health, new mom health, digestive health, vegan/vegetarian health and more. literally so much more.
It was never about shakes and teas. Eat your wholefoods, use you supplements as boosters to fill in those nutritional gaps, drink your water, get that body moving, love yourself, journal, tell the world and universe how much you love them.
