After over 20 years into my career as a Registered Nutritionist, it has become clear to me that the more we tune into a system of dietary rules and tune out from our own body wisdom, the more likely we are to miss the mark on our health and fitness goal.

Yes, we talk about rules but we also dig deep into relationships.
Sure, we target calories but we also take an honest look at commitments.
Definitely, we’re down to tackle digestion and bloating but we’re so here to take on the stuff in life that you just can’t stomach another day.
Absolutely, we’re all for squats and spin class but we’re also all over vulnerable chats about self care, sex life, boldly saying NO and bravely shouting YES.
Our check in sessions are spent looking at the biometrics as data points but your emotional metrics as the data that points us into the direction of where the real work needs to happen.
Because the cookie was never the trigger.
It’s just the crutch.
