I’m Tiffany and I’m so happy you’re here! I’m assuming you’re on a healing journey and wherever you are in the process, I want you to know I’m proud of you!

My healing journey was the loneliest time of my life and I don’t want anyone else to feel that. I think it’s important you lead the way on your journey but I want to be there to support you. I’ll be your shoulder to cry on, your biggest cheerleader and I’ll help you see things in a new perspective.

It takes courage, dedication and patience.

Simply Spiritual

Spirituality is about finding your peace and standing in your own truth. At first, it can feel overwhelming and like you’re learning a new language but it doesn’t have to be. Your body is the only tool you need and it’s the most powerful!

1. Shadow Work

Your shadows are your triggers. When you feel triggered, identify what caused it, how it made you feel and then investigate it.

2. Inner Child

Inner child healing is you aligning to your most authentic self before people put their projections on you and the conditioning of society. The last time the majority of us were our authentic self was when we were children. We were free to make mistakes, explore and dream big.

3. Manifesting

The universe moves with emotions, not thoughts, so they need to align with your manifestations for it come true. I had a hard time with this until I used books, music and movies to embody the emotions I needed.
