Hiiiii! My name is Alyx, I’ve been doing hair in Western MA for 13 years. I am a part of the Craft, South Hadley family, where I currently love hair painting, balayage, babylighting, specializing in blonding and corrective color. I enjoy staying passionate about my career by taking classes and staying up on trends, continuing to always learn and better accommodate my clients needs. I am currently accepting new clients.

A little bit about me-
I grew up in West Springfield going into cosmetology school at just 16 years old, it was not soon enough! I always had a passion for beauty and making a career out of it was a dream of mine since an early age! Upon graduating cosmetology school I immediately left for Boston where I worked in my aunt’s salon, and assisted for 8 very successful stylists. Fortunately, she was always in my corner mentoring me and cheering me on. I then moved back to Western Mass where I continued to acquire knowledge from hair stylists all over watching them intently and building a steady clientele over the course of the following years. I have learned and shared ideas with the best stylists in the industry. Traveling as close as Boston, New York City and as far as Brighton, London I have had the opportunity to grow into the stylist I am today, for which I am grateful! I recently started a family of my own and a new job in South Hadley, MA where I intend to stay. This is not just a Career for me it is something I love, and something about doing hair and making people feel good about themselves gives me a great sense of accomplishment and for that I am grateful.
