Sisters of Shanti is a wellness and a safe space where we provide yoga, massage therapy, reiki and more.

We’re here to provide care and educate through wellness to the community as well in creating a safe space in helping people to heal themselves.

We perform swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and neuromuscular therapy.

*60 min Mothers of Shanti Flow ( a guided prenatal flow for expecting mothers)

*60 min Sisters Vinyasa Flow ( a guided vinyasa flow)
